Light Refurb - We carry out a light refurb if needed and fully furnish your property to a high standard to attract the right clients and make your property stand out.
Regular Maintenance - We use professional cleaners on a regular basis to ensure your property is well maintained, and we carry out regular checks to give you peace of mind. We treat your property as if it were our own home!
How It Works
Step 1 - We view your property
Step 2 - We sign a Management Agreement
Step 3 - We will undertake a light refurb if needed and furnish the property to a high standard
Step 4 - We find suitable clients to occupy the property for short term stays
Step 5 - Regular checks to the property are undertaken and we take care of minor maintenance bills
